Fences, Sheds, Pools and Exterior Antennae
Fences, Sheds, Pools and Exterior Antennae
For purposes of establishing uniformity of style, height, color and construction of fences throughout the Subdivision, both Phase I and Phase II, all fences must conform to the following specifications:
A. The fence must be constructed of wrought iron or aluminum.
B. No solid, chain link, wood, plastic, or vinyl fences will be allowed.
C. The fence must be no lower than four (4) feet in height and no higher than five (5) feet in height.
D. The color of the fence must be specifically approved by the HOA/ARC which shall allow only black or dark brown fences.
E. Fences are permitted on any Stone Creek lot with or without a pool.
- Application and modification form must be submitted to Wright Property Management and approved
before any fence project can begin.
- Stone Creek homeowners installing a pool must follow the requirements of the Village of Frankfort.
F. Landscaping requirements for fences without a pool; densely planted compact trees or hedges, providing at least 25 percent capacity when viewed between two (2) feet and five (5) feet above ground. No plantings will be permitted in drainage easements.
- Plantings to provide screening of fence from outside the lot.
- All fences and plantings requite HOA/ARC approval.
- Fines will be determined and assigned by the HOA Board if plans are NOT executed
according to submitted and approved proposals.
- Amount of fines will be determined by HOA Board up to and including $1000 with daily fines of $25 per day.
