Stone Creek Homeowners Association Information for Realtors & Homebuyers
Stone Creek Homeowners Association is a homeowner group with annual dues. HOA Meetings are held throughout the year and a notice of meetings will be provided on this website on the News & Events Page and also on our Stone Creek Frankfort Facebook Page. Stone Creek HOA is managed by The Alps Group. Current HOA Board Members and ACR Committee members are listed in the Homeowners Section.
Architectural Review Committee
Stone Creek's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the HOA Covenants and Bylaws guarantee custom, unique homes and protect the value of your investment. Authorization is required from the Architectural Review Committee for new construction homes and any modifications to the exterior of existing homes or lots (front and back). This includes, but is not limited to, fencing, roofing, pools, patios and decks, landscaping plans, tree removal/replacement, window replacement, exterior painting, solar panels, etc. A copy of the Covenants and Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and other HOA Documents are available in the Homeowners Documents & Forms section of this website.
Annual Homeowners Association Dues
Annual dues are placed into a fund which pays for regular maintenance of the entrance, lakes, and common areas. Annual invoices are due in April.
